Mago Pro Launches June 24 — All Three Tiers Now Available
After nine months of development, late nights, and 40-hour weeks split between running a landscaping company and building software, Mago Pro officially launches all three tiers on June 24, 2026.
By Ben Jordon
This is not a soft launch or a beta. This is the real thing — three fully built tiers, real pricing, and a 7-week free trial for every new account.
What launches on June 24
Basic — $10/month
Everything a small service business needs to get started: Jobs, Proposals, Invoices, Calendar, Clients, Online Payment, Notes, Dashboard, and Stats. Up to 10 admin users, unlimited workers.
Pro — $50/month
Everything in Basic, plus Route Optimization, Automatic Payment Collection, Worker App, Time Tracking, Time Statistics, Automated Reminders, Crew Management, and Crew Members. Built for growing teams that need more horsepower.
Pro Plus — $100/month
Everything in Pro, plus Client Portal, Complex Proposals with version control and change requests, Media Threads, and Media Mark-Up. For businesses that want to deliver a premium client experience.
All plans include up to 10 admin users, unlimited workers, and your rate is locked in for 3 years from the day you sign up.
The Early Adopter Offer
The first 1,000 customers to sign up will lock in their current rate for 3 years. And if you ever upgrade tiers, you will receive 33% off your new tier's price for life. This offer disappears once we hit 1,000 customers — it will not come back.
Why we built this
Mago Pro was built by a landscape contractor who got tired of paying too much for software that moved too slowly. Ben Jordon has been running Townhome Landscapes for over 15 years. He built Mago Pro while working 40+ hour weeks in the field because no existing tool was doing the job well enough or affordably enough for small and mid-sized service companies.
Nine months of development later, alongside co-founder and senior full stack developer Selamawit Elias, Mago Pro is ready. As we add to our team and Ben transitions out of day-to-day field work and oversight, the pace of development is about to increase significantly.
What's coming
We will be releasing new features and new tiers over the next 6 months at a pace that will surprise you. We are building toward something bigger — a platform that blends field service management, CRM, cost estimation, and artificial intelligence into one place. One app above them all.
If you want to influence what gets built, the Request a Feature link goes directly to our team. We read everything.
